I have so much praise for Bobbi. She's helped me with every place I have bought. Around 15 years ago when I was looking for my first house, I was going to make an offer on a place that I really didn’t want to stay in long term. Out of no where she found a much better place that was not even on the market. After a quick negotiation the place was ours and we remained there for 11 years. I also used her to sell a rental mobile home I had. Let me tell you, it is not easy to sell an older mobile home. We had to dig up information dating back to 1978. But Bobbi was there every step of the way and sorted it all out. It was such a huge stress release having her look after this. But maybe her best specialty is acreages. She helped us find our current acreage at what looking back now was by far the best deal around. Nothing else was even close. Bobbi is super nice and patient but also will be tough in negotiating for you. She'll be my realtor forever! –
